I visited Jody from Japan after the East Japan Great Earthquake in 2011 on the way from ILCA Conference to my home in Japan. I was scared, and felt hurt by someone's anger toward our effort to help breastfeeding mothers after the earthquake. Jody told me calmly,
"Anger is pain. Pain means there is a wound, which needs to be healed."
Her words mean a lot to me, even now.
